We would like to reassure all of our patients that if they have embryos, sperm or eggs in storage these remain safely with the licensed treatment centres and are not affected by our closure. You can contact the licensed treating clinic directly to discuss future storage fees or using these in future.

If you have medication at home please ensure that it is stored correctly as this may be able to be used for further treatment cycles. Medications are strictly non-refundable to maintain UK health and safety standards and ensure product integrity.

For patients that have donated their eggs at any time, or patients that have used donor eggs as part of their treatment, please be assured that information is held by the HFEA in a centralised database and will be available upon request. You can contact them directly for this information.

Whilst we are aiming to get all patient plans in place before 1 January, we have arranged for our patient support team to continue working during January to ensure plans are in place for every patient. 

If your treatment includes an egg donor, then if you'd like to proceed treatment with our partner IVF clinic, we also need to ensure your donor is happy to transfer to the partner clinic too. We will be in touch with you to discuss your individual situation.
