What’s not included
Embryo Storage after the first year
Any additional embryo transfer procedures beyond the first embryo transfer cycle.
Any non-routine medication or any add-on therapies e.g.,time-lapse imaging, embryo biopsy (PGT)
Exportation, courier, and importation fee if transporting eggs between different clinics
Cancellations and refunds
In the rare event that all the eggs do not survive the thawing process, we continue to search for another Suitable Egg Donor Candidate for another 6 months or the period specified in clause 4.2.3, whichever is longer, at no additional cost. Please note that the additional medication required to restart the cycle will be chargeable. If you decide not to proceed at this stage, you will be entitled to a refund of £2,200
In the rare event that there are no transferable embryos or there is no fertilisation you will be entitled to a refund of £1,600.

This includes all the treatment and medication you need for a full package of frozen eggs.
